  1. Thanks for this Mukesh – and a belated Happy New Year! You raise some very important points. Your comment on the importance of balancing experience sharing and truth telling with a need to avoid the development of permanent victimisation by individuals and groups resonate with some of my experiences working on these issues where the important acknowledgement and recognition of victim experiences and voices sometimes also arguably created perverse incentives tied to resource/income generation and could prevent people or groups becoming “survivors” or finding new positive identifies that included their reintegration into post conflict societies in a political and social sense. Difficult issues but very important to consider….
